I was commissioned by the OECD to review agri-environmental policy programs in Australia. The resulting report is: Pannell, D.J. and Roberts, A.M. (2015). There were a several other companion reports also produced (no by me), for the US, the UK, the Netherlands, and Japan, as well as an overview report.
